Relief from Cramps and Constipation, Plus Calm Vibes! I didn’t know magnesium could help with so much until I tried Trimag. Sobrang hirap na ako before dahil sa constipation and monthly cramps. Pero now, halos wala na akong issue! Yung mga PMS cramps ko na super sakit dati, manageable na. At yung bloating and irregular bowel movement? Solved! What I love the most is yung relaxing effect niya. I take it before bedtime, and parang ang calm na ng mind and body ko. No more anxious thoughts. Para siyang self-care in capsule form. Trimag talaga ang sagot! Honestly, I didn’t expect na sobrang dami palang benefits ng magnesium! I started using Trimag dahil lagi akong constipated. After 2 days of taking it, naging regular na ang bowel movement ko and hindi na mabigat yung pakiramdam sa tiyan. Ang gaan na! Another plus—nawala na rin halos yung leg cramps ko lalo na tuwing gabi. Dati super sakit and bigla na lang sumusumpong, lalo pag pagod ako. Pero now, sobrang bihira na. Pero ang pinaka favorite ko? Nakakarelax siya! As in, I take it in the evening and mas mabilis na akong makatulog. Hindi na overthinking, hindi na restless. Parang kalmado na yung body ko. Trimag is now part of my nightly routine. Ganda ng effect sa katawan—digestive support, no more cramps, at peace of mind pa! Highly recommended for ladies na laging stressed or may hormonal imbalance din.
