    Trimag talaga ang sagot! Honestly, I didn’t expect na sobrang dami palang benefits ng magnesium! I started using Trimag dahil lagi akong constipated. After 2 days of taking it, naging regular na ang bowel movement ko and hindi na mabigat yung pakiramdam sa tiyan. Ang gaan na! Another plus—nawala na rin halos yung leg cramps ko lalo na tuwing gabi. Dati super sakit and bigla na lang sumusumpong, lalo pag pagod ako. Pero now, sobrang bihira na. Pero ang pinaka favorite ko? Nakakarelax siya! As in, I take it in the evening and mas mabilis na akong makatulog. Hindi na overthinking, hindi na restless. Parang kalmado na yung body ko. Trimag is now part of my nightly routine.
